Wow
That was really nice, man. Imaginative & fun. The graphic look was also done very nicely. Akin to the KFP opening scene.
Kudos.

thanks dude! also, whats KFP?
WHAT?
I don't know the hell I just saw, but this flash cracked me up in a couple of spots.
"COFFEE FOR EVERYOOOONNEE"
Thanks man you're a charmer. :3
Carl, you black asshole!
Got me to laugh--a lot.
"You should totally use the pudding for that!"
Ha!
I still laugh at Metal Gear Fiesta to this day. Your animations are what helped get into animating in the first place.
Pretty cool
Pretty good flash man. I normally can't stomach movies that are blatantly trying to infuse a message on the audience, but you approached it in a creative way.
The set up was really great, but it seems to me that the ending was left a little open. In other words, I wish it kept going and there was some sort of resolution, but either way it was a cool watch.
I think I may have over-complicated the assignment a bit by giving it a story, It might have been nice to flesh out the whole thing a bit more and give it more resolution like you said, but I already drew it out a bit longer than it should have been anyway.
thanks man
Nice
Very nice short. 'Twas done cleanly and thoughtfully. Also, automatic props for original idea.
Animation was nice. The flowers expressions and faces were very clear, and reminded me of Ryan Khatam's stick death animations. Technically speaking, the animation was clean, yet it felt a little bland for my tastes.
This is also true for the subject matter, and I saw the ending coming a mile away. Pacing felt a tad slow & story felt a bit disjointed--for instance, for as much as we see that snotty kid, I was expecting to see him show up again. This felt the same for his other torturers.
Good sound work as well. Overall nice work. Keep on keeping on.
Thanks for the thoughtful review. The point of this short wasn't so much to blow minds as it was to just make a straightforward, "clean" looking flash, to demonstrate that I can in fact animate in flash (I'm a 3d animator by day), and create a short from start to finish. There are a ton of things that I learned and, looking back, would have done differently. I think it is a bit bland, especially for those of us who regard animated shorts as more than just casual entertainment. But the important thing for me was actually seeing a project through to completion.
That said, a few months ago, some co-workers and I watched your Bambee short and laughed for hours. Take care.
good.
"Daaaammmmmnnn. These beats are soo fresshhh. Snnnap!"
That was cool. Seamless & funny animation. All their animation loops felt appropriate with the assigned instrument. Good work.
Cheers El-Cid, I love your shit... I hide in your toilet and collect it every time you flush. :3
Nice
lol, funny shit man.
love you man.
not bad
Good effort, man. I can see this took some serious time and energy.
The overall idea was pretty funny, but execution left something to be desired. The animation, being that it appears that you went for fbf, looked a bit stiff and funny. Try loosening up your drawings and just practice making the characters move more fluidely. Some of the drawings just felt akward.
Artwork/animation aside, the Dragon Ball fighting felt very tired, so that portion could have been either cut down or made more original. The ending was funny.
Not bad at all. Keep it up.
why tanka!
iggy my wantee
This needs more Mario and penis.
No actually, this was really nice. The story was interesting and their acting very nicely clear and nicely done. Some of the art work towards the end got shoddy, but overall this was pretty nice.
Hey it's that Bambee guy! Sup man
Yeah thanks to my amazing time managment skills the end was kinda rushed I suppose
Hold onto your butts.
