Howdy NG,
I threw this up on the tubes of you, after a few requests to do so.

Hello NG!
I've got this lil' online comic I'm nurturing on a weekly basis. Check it out if you know what's good for you . . .
hugs, peace, and anus grease,

Hey NG,
**EDIT** NO LONGER SEEKING PROGRAMMER **
Darkside555, Skribble-Style, and myself will be participating in Power of Three.
The game we're planning on making will be an homage to hack & slash games ala "Golden Axe". It's tentatively called "Swords of Beef." I don't want to spill too many details yet on what it's exactly about, but I'm hoping for fast paced mayhem, funny animation, killer sound track, and ridiculous cut scenes.
Also, my apologies to the teams that have approached me already. I realize I told you guys I wasn't planning on participating, but I was convinced after a few NG people coaxed me into it. Also Darkside555's sensibilities with death metal really got me excited.
peace,
Rodrigo

Just some old mail I found amusing. If I had a physical copy of this letter, I'd stick it on the fridge.
"Howdy,
I wanted to make it known that the comic strip "Stinging Foam" by Rodrigo Huerta is bothersome to me and many other students at Texas A&M. The comic strip has at times presented extremely violent and gory images that have been disturbing for a casual reader to see.
In a couple of strips the violence is the focus of the comic and in my opinion supposed to be funny because it is so shocking. It is also my opinion that violent humor isn't what a campus of 40,000+ students need to be constantly exposed to.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about: 9/2/08 - 3 cell strip from "Stinging Foam" includes one box picturing a cartoon cat chasing a cartoon mouse. The mouse is carrying a large mallet. The next box pictures the mouse smashing the cat in the face with the mallet, stars and the word "bonk" are included. The 3rd cell is a picture of a more lifelike cat decapitated on the floor with a hammer in it's neck. Blood is oozing out on the floor.
So what's the joke? Is it suppposed to be funny because it is shocking and perhaps unexpected? A political strip about the way cartoon violence is accepted although it has the same meaning as real violence?
Even if I don't appreciate this comic for it's humor or politics, it doesn't matter. It's disturbing and should be removed. Please understand that this isn't the first time this comic has bothered me, but after a week into school I think it's time to voice my concern.

Hey NG,
Just have some cool news I'd like to share. I've just been hired as an entry level animator at Dreamworks Animation SKG. FIFEN!
I wanted to share this with the NG community, because it's here that helped get me impassioned with entertainment through animation and continues to be a place where artists can unabashedly express themselves. (COCK JOKES!) So yes, thanks to senior Fulp.
For anyone else interested in the world of animation for film, check out
Both schools are great although the first is more technically prone (rigging/shading/rendering) and the latter concentrates purely on animation as an art form(acting/performance). If you have any more q's just shoot me a message.
Also, if you'd like to check out my demo reel for shits 'n giggles, here's a copy:

hasta for now.

So I made an observation a couple of years ago, and internally I shrugged it off. I was reminded of this particular incident after viewing some of HotDiggedyDemon's latest work. Also, as of late, his head seems to have inflated with some of his badger-like responses to criticisms, and I like to do douche-bag checks on authors. :D
Now as I said, I originally shrugged this off, but now I want you the people, Newgrounds, to be the judge for me.
The original character design was pretty specific. A disfigured toddler, with a Neanderthal eyebrow ridge, inverted eyes, mullet & bangs, and jutting chin.
I now present you with the following image. Please discuss.
